Real-Time Reporting and Bigger Data

Markets other than the United States have been actively exploring ways to use technology to improve partner communications. These include the development of acknowledgement messages, real-time reporting messages about inventory and metadata, and the use of API calls to access information in metadata repositories. Graham Bell (BIC), Karina Urquhart (BIC), and Noah Genner (BookNet Canada) lead a conversation about what's possible and increasingly vital in the use of two-way supply communication.
