Doing Rights Right 2025: Opportunities and Perspectives
This event will explore opportunities and challenges in rights.
With the support of Frankfurter Buchmesse, BISG is pleased to bring together rights professionals from the book industry and beyond for "Doing Rights Right 2025: Opportunities and Perspectives." This event will explore current opportunities and challenges in book rights.
Programming will include updates from key rights professionals on their important work in support of the industry, and from the BISG Rights Committee, which has been working diligently on components of rights communication across the supply chain.
Programming Includes:
- Opening Keynote Conversation with Simon Lipskar, President, Writers House, and BISG Rights Committee Chair, Kris Kliemann
- The View From Here featuring representatives from the University Press and STM publishing sectors
- Rights Showcase Presentations from Frankfurt Rights, PubMatch, Ingram's MediaScout, and DropCap Marketplace
- and more!
A light lunch will be served and the event will conclude with a reception, where attendees will have an opportunity to catch up, learn from industry partners, and continue the day’s discussion. In-person attendees will receive a small memento of the day and one person will be randomly selected for a raffle prize souvenir.
