Resilient by Design: Standardizing Print Production for a Changing Landscape
A Supply Chain Lunch & Learn
In today’s unpredictable market, print production must evolve to remain efficient and resilient. As rapid technological shifts and legislative changes reshape the industry, evaluating and standardizing print production specifications has become a critical strategy for future-proofing operations and for pushing back against inflation pressures.
In this webinar, industry expert Matt Kennell (Versa Press) discusses how conducting an evaluation of your production spec and an intentional approach to standardizing production specs can streamline workflows, reduce operational risks, and boost overall efficiency—even in uncertain times.
Kennell examines the ways in which publishers have approached standardization and some examples of where progress is being made and some examples of where this has been successful.
Viewers will learn practical strategies and innovative approaches that not only safeguard your production processes but also drive sustainable growth.
This webinar is ideal for print production managers, publishers, operations directors, designers, and supply chain professionals seeking to find ways to reduce the costs of their portfolio of products and enhance their production processes through standardization.
Whether you’re looking to optimize efficiency, mitigate risks, or future-proof your print operations, this session provides actionable insights for navigating today’s challenging landscape.
